Slide warmers
The heating plate HP-3 / HPL-2 is designed to solve a number of assignments and functions in different laboratories.
The low and compact design is suitable for different applications.
The heating plate is highly useful as stretch bench for
mounting, stretching and drying paraffin sections on slides,
fixation of bacterial smears, heating of fluid samples in Petri dishes etc.
The black anodised surface provides excellent visual contrast.
The 10 mm. thick heating plate with thin foil-heating element with large spreading ensures constant and homogenous
temperature all over the surface.
The heating plate is equipped with a thermofuse to switch
off the current to the heating element if the temperature rises to more than 118°C. The temperature is thermostatically
controlled and adjustable in the temperature range of +30 to 70°C.
Temperature adjustment and power On/Off switch with control light for »On« are conveniently located at the front. Main socket (with fuse) for removeable power cord is located in the back.
The heating plate is surrounded by a groove to catch water spillage, discharged fluid etc.
The cabinet parts are made of steel/aluminium, polyester coated in white and grey.
