Kunz instruments was started 1970 by Mr. Sven Kunz in Copenhagen, Denmark. Specialized in the development, production and sales of Kunz laboratory equipment, for the histopathology area, in hospitals, universities and science laboratories. 

Since the 90´ Kunz belonged to a Swedish group, a world leader in dental equipment. The company moved 2007 to Sweden, in Stockholm area.  

The products are for the use in the daily routine in embedding and sectioning of tissue samples, wax blocks. A new serie of innovative products for histopathology were launched from 2017.
